Breath Tests and License Suspension
Breath and blood tests are designed to determine blood alcohol content (BAC) or the presence of drugs in a driver's blood stream. DUI breath analyzers — called Breathalyzers — are not always accurate. Machines may be incorrectly calibrated or poorly maintained.
